Terms & Conditions

AH IT Developments provides professional digital services including but not limited to UI/UX Design, Web Design, Full-Stack Web Development, Strategic Branding, Digital Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

All services are delivered subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work agreed upon between the Company and the Client prior to commencement of work. These Terms apply alongside any such agreement.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to perform the services.
• Supply all necessary materials, assets, and approvals within agreed timeframes.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly at each milestone.
• Ensure that any content, images, or materials provided do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule outlined in the project proposal.

Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials or approvals may result in revised project timelines and additional costs.

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to commence work.
• Remaining payments are due at defined project milestones as outlined in the proposal.
• Final delivery of files, source code, or live deployment will only occur upon receipt of full payment.
• Invoices not paid within the agreed period may incur late fees or result in suspension of services.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal (typically USD or AED) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client receives ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them under the project agreement, including custom designs, source code, and brand assets.

The following are not included in the transfer of ownership unless explicitly agreed in writing:

• Third-party licensed assets, fonts, stock images, or plugins used within the project.
• Proprietary frameworks, tools, or methodologies developed by AH IT Developments.
• Any work product for which full payment has not been received.

AH IT Developments reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

Each project proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope — including new features, significant design changes, or additional functionality — will be scoped separately and quoted as additional work.

All scope changes must be approved in writing before work begins to ensure transparency in timelines and costs.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive business data disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or disclosed by a third party without restriction.

AH IT Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total cumulative liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• The Client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• The initial deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
• AH IT Developments will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of payment for work done.

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from this website without prior written permission.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any project engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
